Layer friction
Anti-Slip Paper Sheet for Stable Pallet Loads
Supplied from 70 to 450 g/m² and 0.18 to 2.2 mm. It sits on the pallet with the load — it is not a pallet replacement and is not handled by a push-pull attachment.

Definition
An anti-slip paper sheet is a lipless friction sheet placed between cargo layers on a standard pallet, increasing the resistance between layers so the stack does not shift during handling and transit.
Applications
Where It Is Used
Bagged goods on pallets
Sacks can slide against each other; a friction sheet between tiers can help maintain the layer pattern.
Carton stacks in road transport
Braking and cornering forces are where layer shift usually starts.
Canned and bottled goods
Smooth carton surfaces give very little natural friction.
Tall pallet stacks
The higher the stack, the more a small layer movement matters.
Mixed pallets in distribution
Uneven layers benefit most from a consistent friction interface.
Container shipments
Can help reduce relative movement between cargo layers during transport when the complete load is properly unitized.
