Packaging Solutions by Industry

Packaging requirements vary by cargo type, load configuration, handling method and transport conditions. Explore common applications for slip sheets, anti-slip paper, tier sheets and paper corner protectors, and see which solutions may fit your operation.

By position in the unit load

Choose by Position in the Unit Load

Not sure which product you need? Start by identifying where the packaging problem occurs: under the load, between product layers or around the edges.

Under the load

Replace a conventional pallet with a thin slip sheet for compatible push-pull handling systems.

Paper Slip Sheet · Plastic Slip Sheet

Between the layers

Separate product tiers, create a flatter layer surface or increase friction between packages. These products are used with the pallet, not as a pallet replacement.

Tier Sheet · Anti-Slip Sheet

Around the edges

Distribute strapping pressure and help protect load edges and corners during storage, handling and transport.

How We Develop a Packaging Solution

1 · Application Review

Send your cargo dimensions, total unit-load weight, current pallet or sheet size, packaging type and handling equipment. Photos of the loaded unit can help us understand the load geometry and contact surfaces.

2 · Specification

We review the application and recommend the product type, dimensions, thickness and configuration that best match the handling conditions. We will also identify where a proposed solution may not be suitable.

3 · Sample & Trial

Samples can be produced to the agreed specification for evaluation with your cargo and handling equipment before bulk production.

4 · Production

Bulk production follows the confirmed specification, with packing and shipment arranged according to the order and destination requirements.

Tell Us How Your Load Is Packed
